Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to NicePH 11. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and NicePH 11 ("NicePH 11," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the gaming platform accessible at niceph11.click. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To open and use a NicePH 11 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. NicePH 11 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. If NicePH 11 has reasonable grounds to believe a player is underage, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any funds held in the account will be frozen until the matter is resolved.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and physically located within the Philippines at the time of placing bets or playing games.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under Philippine law and any laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by NicePH 11 or any recognised national responsible gambling programme.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of NicePH 11 or its affiliated companies.

By registering, you warrant that all information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is accurate and up to date. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Your NicePH 11 Account

One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one NicePH 11 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where NicePH 11 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses voided, and any funds obtained through the operation of multiple accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your NicePH 11 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. NicePH 11 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Account Verification. NicePH 11 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Acceptable verification documents include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and payment method verification. All documents must be submitted in clear, legible form.

Account Closure. You may request the closure of your NicePH 11 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome. Remaining account balances will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements.

Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on NicePH 11 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). NicePH 11 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your NicePH 11 wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. NicePH 11 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are beyond our control.

All funds deposited into your NicePH 11 account must be from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits made on your behalf by another person — are strictly prohibited. Where NicePH 11 identifies a third-party payment, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, NicePH 11 may request an alternative verified withdrawal method.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and volume of requests at the time.
• Withdrawals above ₱100,000 may be subject to enhanced verification and may take up to 3 business days to process. NicePH 11 will notify you if additional verification is required.
• Active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only cleared, bonus-free balance is eligible for withdrawal.

NicePH 11 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other breaches of these Terms. In such cases, NicePH 11 will notify you as promptly as possible.

Bonuses and Promotions

NicePH 11 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games or betting markets are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player. Each player is eligible to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in all related bonuses being voided.
• Expiry. All bonuses are subject to expiry. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. When a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single bet or spin limit of ₱500 applies unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Withdrawal Trigger. Requesting a withdrawal while bonus funds are active will result in the forfeiture of all active bonus funds and any winnings associated with them, unless wagering requirements have been met.

NicePH 11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any disputes regarding bonus awards or wagering must be raised with NicePH 11 support within 7 days of the relevant event.

Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on NicePH 11, including PBA, NBA, UAAP, NCAA Philippines, PVL, MMA, and all other covered sports and competitions:

Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. NicePH 11 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical error or data feed failure.

Event Cancellation and Postponement. If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed before it starts, all pre-game bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned after starting, bets are settled according to the official governing body's ruling. In the absence of an official ruling, NicePH 11 will apply industry-standard settlement procedures.

Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to a short delay for odds verification. NicePH 11 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after the outcome of an event or the resolution of a specific market (e.g., a quarter end that has already occurred) are void, regardless of whether the market was suspended properly.

Maximum Payout. The maximum payout per single bet event at NicePH 11 is ₱500,000 unless otherwise stated for a specific market. Parlay/accumulator maximum payouts are specified in the bet slip at time of placement. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout will be reduced to the maximum amount.

Result Verification. Bets are settled based on official results provided by the relevant sporting body or official data provider used by NicePH 11. In cases of dispute regarding the official result, NicePH 11's decision, made in good faith based on available information, is final.

Casino, Tongits, and Card Game Rules

NicePH 11's casino and card game products — including Tongits, jackpot slots, and any other RNG-based games — are governed by their individual game rules displayed within each game interface, as well as the following general terms:

Game Fairness. All random number generator (RNG) games on NicePH 11 are operated using independently certified RNG systems that produce genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as specified in individual game information pages.

Tongits Game Rules. NicePH 11's Tongits tables follow standard Philippine Tongits rules. Specific hand rankings, scoring rules, and special situations are detailed in the in-game rules overlay accessible from every Tongits table. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-hand, NicePH 11's system records the game state at the last confirmed action, and the hand will be resolved or refunded according to that recorded state.

Jackpot Slots. Progressive jackpot amounts displayed in NicePH 11's jackpot slots are real-time figures updated continuously. Jackpot wins are validated before payout and may be subject to enhanced verification for amounts above ₱50,000. NicePH 11 will notify winning players within 24 hours of jackpot validation.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects a game outcome, NicePH 11 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to all affected players. "Malfunction voids all pays" — this is a standard industry principle that NicePH 11 applies across all game types.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on NicePH 11. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one NicePH 11 account
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Allowing another person to access your NicePH 11 account
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account
• Colluding with other players in Tongits or any card game to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with NicePH 11 games or betting markets
• Systematically exploiting bonuses ("bonus abuse"), including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in ways clearly not intended
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using NicePH 11 for any illegal financial purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the NicePH 11 platform or its underlying systems
• Placing bets on events for which you have material non-public information (inside information)

NicePH 11 uses fraud detection systems and reserves the right to review any account and transaction where prohibited conduct is suspected. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, any funds derived from or associated with the prohibited activity will be forfeited and may be donated to a Philippine responsible gambling organisation.

Responsible Gaming

You may access and use NicePH 11 content solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered player. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any NicePH 11 content without prior written permission from NicePH 11.

The NicePH 11 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of NicePH 11. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any NicePH 11 trademark.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, NicePH 11, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the NicePH 11 platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or interruption of service.

NicePH 11 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. NicePH 11 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions.

NicePH 11's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the balance held in your NicePH 11 account at the time the claim arises.

Amendments to These Terms

NicePH 11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, NicePH 11 will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, NicePH 11 may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of NicePH 11 after any amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
